Default Should i get chipped?

ok spair me the details, i have looked at the noobie threads over and over and done all my research. i want to know if the 500$ (i want to go with apr) is worth it. first off, i want to know o-60 times (cant find it worth a damn) and how happy other customers are. this would be alot of money for me to spend but i got alot coming in over the next month. call it my christmas present to myself. keep in mind i enjoy spirited driving (to the point my average mpg's are at 16 in town) and i have a 2001. any other thoughts are greatly appreciated

i know im not being helpfull (i got the 2.8) but i hear you on the spirited driving. Im relieved to find someone like me lol I was starting to wonder if there was something wrong with my car cuz i get such bad MPGs lol (i get an avg of 22 mostly HWY, but sometimes it'll go down to 15 in town haha) anyways i hear a chip is the best "bang for the buck" go for it dude, it should also help the gas mileage...(you probably already know)...

definitely worth it, you can't find a cheaper mod that will give u as much power and tq as chipping. you will notice a big difference.

plus if u do it soon, theres Christmas discounts, so software is probably cheaper right now.

I think something is wrong.... I beat the crap out of mine and manage to get 18 in town and 28 highway (mostly 70-80mph) I have even got almost 30 in the past and that was at mostly 80mph. On the other hand yes if the guy has a 1.8 then chipping it is very worth it.

hah. i know what your all saying. but you should chip it. your car will feel like it has the right motor in it now. atleast thats what i thought. stock is not the fastest hah. but 500 for like 50 more hp and however much tq, you can't go wrong. what other mod is going to do that for 500. its weeeelllll worth it.
