ORIGINAL: onepoint8tee

1. Took out windshield washer fluid tank and repaired a slow leak in one of the pumps.
2. Removed ABS control module for inspection (after removing and reinstalling, I no longer have the ABS/Brake lights...... Odd)
3. Changed oil/filter
4. Removed MBC and went back to straight N75 to eliminate my tq. limit exceeded/fuel cut issue

My car saw more action this weekend than its seen altogether in the past 6 months.
holy from the grave batman, where have you been???

Finally did my Rust repair! front fenders had some bubbling at the lip of the wheel well. I cut out the old, patched and welded in new, and painted and blended them in. I have the passenger side complete, but the drivers side still needs we standed and blended/polished.

Avery gratifying thing to finally have done.

Sorted out my drain plugs as it rained all night and I was presented with a small fish pond in the front and rear of the drivers side footwells. oh what joy.

Yeah, the wheels are looking good, man.

I drove my car to work...that's pretty much it. It's too cold out today, or I'd probably go out an at least detail the interior or something.

^^^Wow, I'd cut a bitch[:@]

friday, I installed a Mio Moov 310 GPS unit, love it! Trying to find a good place/way to hard wire it.

Saturday, I tried to round up some help to do my cam chain tensioner replacement, but everyone was hung over.

So I tried to install my e-bay lip spoiler. The paint match is great, but the damn thing is about 1/2" too long, no matter how you bend it. Very frustrating, as I was saving this mod for when I was feeling discouraged about the car and needed an ego boost! Also, fixed my vac leak on the vac line that comes from the intake manifold and (i think) goes to the DV? It threw a CEL, but fixing this seemed to resolve it, I guess I found the right vac leak!

After all of the frustration, I cleaned the hell out of her, and took a spirited 3-hour drive on some very twisty roads. That did wonders for the spirit, BTW

After all is said and done, I love my car so much that I voluntarily slept in it sunday night. And no, I wasn't drunk, I just love spending time in my baby.
