Strange part (Help me Identify it)

maybe its something like a gps when your car gets stolen? or maybe when you get into an accident it calls for help, like some of the modern cars do now.

OMG i knew it----I knew i saw a A4 rolling around my house with out of state plates and a baby seat in the back----

It's a mobile AED hooked up to the car battery. The last owner was 80 and he had a wireless system hooked up for while driving if his heart stopped from the turbo the car would shock him back...
