So I go out to my car on a very cold morning. I'm talking 25 degrees outside. The car starts up fine but doesn't do it's typical cold start cycle. The SAI pump doesn't kick on, the idle doesn't get above 950 rpm (car usually starts around 1200-1300 rpm), and the combi valve doesn't open. I first thought it was primarily the SAI pump, but not even the combi valve opens, normally causing a deeper engine tone.
