Default is there anything friggen cheaper?

all i can find for my 30v v6 (1998 quattro) is friggen 100 bucks for plug wires and id have to wait for shipping. its retarded any help on prices and stores would be great.

those dont look at all like my plug wires. the end going to the spark plug is deep and a 90 degree bend.

those don't look like yours because they are modded. the ends are the same and that's what matters. if you take yours out you'll see the end that goes into the spark plugs look a lot like the ones in the picture. why do you need wires? they hardly ever go bad

idk i just wanted to change them out and see if that fixes my random cylinder misfire. also because i dont know who had the car before me or what they did, it has 150k on it.

did you seafoam the car? usually that can foul out the plugs and cause a missfire

before spending 100 bux on wires, try to isolate the misfire and switch wires with a different one and see if it follows. if it does, your wire is bad. if it doesn't either your plugs are bad or ignition coils are bad. another thing that can cause random misfires on a 2.8 is a bad ECT but it's only like 6 bux at autozone.

what's ect? i dont notice a misfire at all really the car seems to act fine, just burning fuel pretty fast...i think idk cuz my gauge dont work.

Electronic Coolant Temperature sensor...and it's more like $25 on ecstuning.com. I have to replace mine next week because it was causing ignition misfires and my CEL is on for a bad ECT
