Looks like a bolt or something is suppose to be here, I don't know, Missing on both the drivers and passenger side front of the car. circled in red.

no, i think thats what the factory uses to lign up the different parts.

so is mine, im pretty sure that where the belly pan would attach if so many of us didnt break it or loose it.
