Facelift s4 are the same thing as yours. s4 and a4 lights are the same.

someone said it already...the turn signal is amber on the S4, rather than red.

euro a4/s4 taillights blink orange. na a4/s4 taillights blink red

The reason I am changing the lights is because mine are cracked and did not pass inspection. Will my car pass inspection with euro amber blinkers?!

It doesn't look it, but the covering isn't quite red. It's more pinkish and does blink orange. I had a set on my old A4.

To OP:
Yes you can use the same bulb holders

i think as long as the bulbs glow amber with no bulb failures at the time of inspection you should be fine.

Nick I would gladly buy yours I am just worried about this whole euro style thing and the inspection. Think you could take a look at yours and let me know? Maybe post a pic or something.
