Also, I was wondering how you guys performed your coolant flushes.

Being Christmas season and an unemployed college student, this is really biting down on my summer job savings. I put up my guitar amp for sale on Craigslist and am considering donating plasma for cash. D:

Also, thanks to all of you who gave in some input. Happy holidays.
ECS for the chain tensioner gasket

More info on plasma donation!!! I need money

I used the Blauparts kit on my old A4 and the FCP kit on my avant, nothing but good things to say about both companies.

I sold plasma in college (many years ago) for beer money and stopped when I realized I was getting tracks on both arms. the needles they used back then had a large diameter to speed up the process of taking the blood out, centrifugeing it, and then putting the non-plasma blood stuff back in. there are easier ways to make $$. let me know if it is any better now in modern times.

I have always thought about donating sperm.

I wonder if they'll take old socks.

think about it as a bad (sperm) joke and ask chris to explain the details. Cheery holidays to you and yours.

I just started working on this project this afternoon and I have to say the worst part was removing the front bumper. It was such a PITA!! After that it was pretty much smooth sailing. I stopped right at the point where you remove the timing belt. I'm gonna wait until the kit ships in before messing with that. But I just want to say that the timing job seems like it'll take a lot to do but it is definitely easily achievable and not necessary to take to a shop or dealer to have done.

Here's a picture
