The way you install/remove studs is to put two nuts on there and jam them together. You then use a wrench on the inner nut to remove the stud or the outer nut to screw it in. If you can't do it that way, you're basically going to have to drill it out. Edit to add: Do try Kroil (or PB Blaster), too, and you can try a torch though a torch can make it brittle and make it thus snap easier.

But... just buy a new turbo, man. Sounds like yours is probably too far gone to fix. Send it to G-Popshop and see. If they can rebuild it, have them do so. If not, either buy their K03/K04 hybrid or do an upgrade to a GTxxRS turbo.

Hes got a new k04, hence the problem of it not coming with the studs. But def try some penetrant, i like "deepcreep". Then do the two nut thing, it should get them out, but again they might break. You will probably end up just buying new ones.

If you want to buy some new ones and don't want to wait, I'd go down to Fastenal and get some grade 10.9 ones.

I have no Idea what that is. However carquest said they could match them up, and the dealer wont have them in till sat. So I guess im bringing both my turbos in to get em checked for sizes.

They're like an Ace Hardware that doesn't suck. www.fastenal.com

They're generally only open M-F 8/9-5, though.

You're not that far from 034 motorsport. You may want to check out a few local VW/Audi tuning shops. They always have stuff like that sitting around.

After going all over the place today, suprisingly autozone had them. And got it all back together in a few hours, with some time to spare for breaking the turbo in before a little drive.

Thanks for all the help guys, ill throw some pictures up of the install and after.
