underhood light?
Hey, what about a using a mercury switch as part of the lamp housing and eliminate most of the wiring and switch mechanicals ?
That's how my STS light worked. The only thing I didn't like about that was it was powered through the parking lamp circuit = more battery drain.

next weekend, daym i have 5 papers to write next weekend. o well if you guys succeed you're putting it in mine lol. one suggestion i have is putting the switch and most of the wiring by the battery and away from heat. or go to gary's and take some of those covers from underhood lights other cars have. hey gerry(or jerry) how about making a AWE DTS replica? i'd be happy to pic in for the trial and errors
