Default Uneven Brake Pad Wear

1997 2.8L V6 FWD. Occasionally I hear a slight grind when stopping only when the car is moving slowly and when the car is about to stop form the passenger side front. Did the oil change and noticed the brake pads on the passenger from are wearing unevenly. They are tapered on both the inside and outside pads.

About a year and a half ago I did a lot of work on the car. Brake pad wear was ok prior to the work. Only thing I did to the brakes was replace the caliper guide pin boots, grease the guide pins and replace the brake line. I torqued the guide pins correctly and checked and they are not loose. Also when pulling off the caps to check there is plenty of clean lube.

So I will check the guide pins again.
Caliper and Caliper bracket are solidly in place.
I will remove the Caliper and check the piston for leaking or failure.
Rotors seem fine . No pulsating or vibration on stopping at all and they are not worn much.

A few questions-

What else should I check?
Should I just replace the pads and see what happens again?
Also could a bad tire on the front passenger or drivers side which causes a strong pull to the right cause this? I know I have one and I think it is the front right, but not sure.

Thanks.
