What size mm are the small vacuum lines on the 1.8t awm and how many feet should i order? I noticed my car could use some new ones and i figured i could just go silicone while im at it.

 

3.5mm ID seems to be the most common size. Get a lot do you have replacement hose for the future. Flex Technologies - Your Silicone Hose Solution has the best prices I've seen. I have their stuff and it's good - I've done about 15k miles since I changed mine and it's still as pliable as day one.

I got 15' when I replaced the vac lines on mine and that was more than enough.
