Hi Guys,

I just built a BT setup (AWM block w/AEB head, using the AEB cams and tensioner). I've read every damn post on VVT in every damn forum and no one seems to know exactly what they're talking about. My last build was the same, but I used the AWM cams and VVT tensioner & solenoid.

Is it better to use the AEB cams w/ no VVT, or should I swap out my cams & tensioner for the AWM/VVT setup? Is there any real power difference between these two (since the AEB cams are bigger)?

Also: If it's better to use my current AEB top end w/ my AWM bottom end, is there anyone here that can tune the VVT out of my ECM? I have a stage 2 with two-step, etc. I just need someone to dial in and delete VVT for me.

Is there anyone who can give me legit answers (not guesses) on this?
