Weight Distribution
I've looked around and I can't find the exact weight distribution for the B5 1.8TQM sedans but I think its around 58/42. Is it possible and what would it take to get the weight distribution at or very close to 50/50? I think one of these things with around 50/50 weight, and an upgraded suspension could easily outhandle a BMW as it has the quattro advantage already. The only things I can really think of to get weight out of the front or relocate it to rear is:
CF hood
CF bumper
Move battery to trunk
Any other ideas, or is this just an unrealistic goal.
Thanks

Hell, it's the transmission that's mounted over the axle line. The engine is almost entirely forward of the axles.
BTW, how did you manage to sink two ***** in one shot in the bar last night? I've done it before on a freak shot just screwing around, but not in a bar where people are watching. Nice

Adjustable coil-overs corner balanced and aligned and Hotchkis sways should do the trick. Add wide 16 or 17 inch (NOT 18) Bridgestone Potenzas and you have yourself a weekend autoX car.
