Default Weird noise from back of car

So I have three different weird noises coming from the back of the car, driver side.

1. Loud creaking sound, like a rusty bed, when going over bumps. I sprayed all of the suspension bushings and the sound went away, but there's also these:

2. When coming to a stop or starting off from a stop, it sounds like a spring or rubber band winding up and then releasing with a twang.

3. At 5mph, it sounds like I'm running over and popping a cardboard box every few seconds.

Anything I should be looking for? I replaced the sway bar links recently (3k miles ago) and wondering if that's part of it. Maybe the sway bar is uneven and loaded more to the driver's side?

The coilover is intact and the shock is still nicely functional.

I recently replaced the CV axle (5k miles ago) and also the wheel bearing (10k miles ago).

#3 Any one work on your rear or center differential lately, or do you have rear diff seal leaks? sounds like the clutch packs in one of the diffs is binding up and then releasing. Check the fluid level in the diff's.

I replaced the fluid in the rear diff 30k miles ago, but I'll check it again.

Thanks!
