Default weird noise when taking off

My car is 2001 A4 B6 2.0 CVT

I just found out my car is making a weird "clunking" noise when the car is taking off when the engine is cold and with the aircon turned on.

I put the car into reverse gear this morning and trying the get the car out off the garage, when I kick the paddle, the car suddenly made a big "clunking" noise and body shaked as well. That only happened for less than one second then the car starts moving. The car seems like running well as sooon as the car starts moving. After the engine was heated up, I stoped the car and tried again, that noise and shake disapeared.

Same thing happened again during the lunch time when I was trying to take off from the carpark at work.

I tried again with a cold engine and with air-con was turned off this evening, I can still notice a light noise but it's not as bad as before.

I just got the car scanned by Vag-com and no error code was found. It sounds more likely a mechanical problem. The car runs as new at all other times.

I noticed that the anti-tourqe engine mount(the front rubber engine mount) was cracked, can that be the cause of the problem?

Can anyone please give me some advice? Thanks.

Rico
