I did a little research and not trying to rain on all of your flame parades but you can boost ur turbo up to 12 or 13 on the stock turbo before the ecu cuts off fuel... so my assumption is max boost of 12 and you should be fine with a little bit mor power!, and you cannot use a BOV

you have obviously not done your research because you CAN run a BOV. you have to adjust it properly, but theres nothing wrong with it. the stock software is programed for 8psi of boost, assuming the engine is getting 8psi of boost it puts out enough fuel to run at the correct A/F ratio. adding more air without adding more fuel causes you to run lean. the leaner you run the higher your EGT's. higher EGT's mean a hotter engine which is more likely to detonate. im sure you can get away with a few psi increase for a while, but it is not a good thing to advise someone to do.

Let me rephrase the bov thing you cannot just "slap" a blow off valve on like you would any other brand turbo car because our audies run rich....

It wont run rich, it will just spike rich for a split second when you lift off the throttle.
