i have looked all over the enginge bay and in my benilty manual and i can't seem to find it, but i need to replace it

my car is an 01 a4 1.8t quartto

 

Its just above the lower radiator hoses.

 

on the raditor side? motor side? or in one of the raditor hoses?

 

when i did a colant flush on my s4 i remember seeing it on the lower radiator hose on a T fitting.... had the in and out and one the top was the radiator fan switch. Correct if im wrong buy believe that was it... looking at the car on the left

i looked around again and the sensor that i found is in a "t" is in the bottom of the raditor hose and it doesn't look like the one that is shown in links above
