I can't be sure, but it looks to me like those racks in the link you posted are the type that hook into slots in the roof. The OEM B5 racks I had used clamp-like thingies to grab onto the rain trays. I'm not a betting man, but if I were I'd put my money on no, these won't fit.

I dunno man I paid $140 for OEM base bars but i feel like thats cheap. Thule or Yakima racks are gonna set you back unless you can find a pair cheap on craigslist

EDIT: I don't think those second set that you posted a link to will fit. The design is different than the OEM base bars and I can't be sure but I feel like 36" is way too short.

By looking at the second one, I'm pretty certain they won't fit.

do our cars have rain gutters? i have found this and the price is very nice http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/pts/1982413161.html and this http://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/pts/1982075068.html

edit: after more research i found out that the thule will fit but i will need to buy a FIT KIT that cost $62, and the yakima also would fit but the fit kit will cost $35. the thule has a fairing and is $125 and the yakima doesnt and is $100. what do you guys think would be a better deal?

I'd probably go with the Thule. The fairing it self cost around $80, if not more.

Also note that Thule is actually the manufacturer of OEM racks.
