Will These Wheels Fit?? Help!

The hub hole is bigger , where can I get the rings? RAI maybe?
I found them cheap at ECS tuning, all different size, anyone know waht size to drill the wheel, I think the lug is 14mm, the lug actually fits loosely on the stock wheels, maybe Audi does it like that in case of a little deficiency in maching so they line up easier, and the hup and taper on the lug should center everything up.
