So, this morning I put on the wipers and they worked fine but when I turned them off they didn't stop at the bottom of the windshield like normal. They stopped all the way up. Any thoughts?

 

try popping the hood, then look at the base of the wiper arms, theres a round cap.
pop off the cap, loosen the bolt.
pull the arm down to the base(starting point). tighten the bolt.(do this to both)
try your wipers

if problem persists... motors id assume. idk if this is a perfect way of testing them, but its what i would do.

 

replaced the relay and now the fuse keeps blowing.

 

Any luck?? I have a 99 avant with the same issues.. Wipers stop in the spot you turn them off.. Intermittent setting pause straight up but work fine other wise...
