well the insurance adjuster comes out tomorrow morning at 9 so at that time i will know what there going to do.

with what ive told him about it he said theres a chance they may total it. but if they dont total it i may not make a claim and fix it myself.

get an s4 bumper and possibly some other things but im not sure what is going to happen at this moment...
im really hoping they dont total it

I had a "little" fender bender coming out of my neighborhood last year and my insurance claim gave me about 3.5k, couple hundred it would've been totaled. Not trying to be pessimistic but your damage looks worse then mine was.....it might be totaled. =/ If there's only structural and cosmetic damage, fix it yourself
