Hm thats pretty weird, I havent heard of that before. Have you ever had the light come on when you were driving and taking a really hard turn.
EDIT: And your talking about the ! point with the arrow circling it right, not the "EPC" light?

EPC stands for engine power control, it is related to the drive by wire system and other components, if there is a problem with those components that light will illuminate. The light for esp is an ! point with an almost complete, circular arrow that surrounds it.
