007 Diverter valve?

Did u remove the two torx screws before u tried to pull the fog light housing? There should be two torx screws with little green tabs on them. Undo those and the whole housing should just pop right out.

I have a 1.8t Quattro automatic, and I wanna chip mine, are they chip ready or do I need to replace the whole thing? And I keep getting a under boost code does my diverter valve need replaced?
