1.8t overheating

Default 1.8t overheating

Replaced waterpump, timing belt, thermostat and the car still seems to be overheating. There is a problem with my gage cluster, where it doesn't read temp consistently. (doesn't rear it then goes up to just above middle then drops back down to low. pretty sure it is a temp sensor replacing tonight, if i can get to it. Anyone have any ideas i am stumped
