2002 A4 - Turn signal wackyness question - part number anyone?

I think I found the answer but I'll ask here just to confirm. My turn signal acts whacky when fully engaged to the right. If I do the highway-passing-bump signal to the right it works fine as does the left signal. But fully engaged (to turn a corner) it starts blinking the LEFT turn signal. If I nudge the stock down gently when it is doing this (still leaving it engaged) it then blinks the RIGHT signal.

Another post from a while back suggests it might be the relay switch behind the hazard button on the dash. Does anybody else have this experience?

And finally, what is the name and part number for that relay (turn signal or hazard relay)?

Thanks.
