2003 audi engine wire harness

Hi all, HELP!!!!

I have a 2003 Audi A4 which has a very rough throttle, the mechanic did his diagnostic check and has told me I need an engine wire harness (or wireloom) as it is called where i am in Jamaica does anyone know where i can get one anywhere in the USA, Europe or Canada???
