Default A4 2004 1.9tdi estate transmission control module fail

Hey, have been told by Audi that the control unit gearbox has taken the night .
*
1 Firstly , I wonder if it is correct that the transmission contrul modules locationa is on the end of the gearbox under a metalplate, that can bee opened with some skrews, anyone with picture?
*
2 Do i have to program the cars transmission again, after replacing that TCU? Anybody have experience with it ?
*
3 Audi took only diagnosis and reading of codes and believed that those are sure it is the TCU that is. Or anubody know if there is someone who repair these controllers ? so I can disassemble and send it to repair.

The car starts up but no throttle when in PARK .
lever moves in all the gear and display car also records that the car changes gear from PARK - REVERSE - N - DRIVE also S- mode manual transmission .
Engine turns off when trying to accelerate while the car is in reverse, but I notice that the car is pushed backwards until it dies . Same happens in DRIVE mode. Are you careful with throttle so you get the car to run well in drive and reverse but not much. I also notice the car is started that all sorts of lights in the car are somewhat weak in 1 sec after approx. every 3 min. Maybe blien use electricity for anything and try anything.
*
Do you have any experience around this that you think might help me so I thank you for that.Aud
