Default a4 v6 2004 problems with starting and other issues

hi all i have a few problems with this a4 pal drove through water not too deep but since then the car has had fault after fault
so i began my road of restoration

what ive done is give her a full service
but heres the main problems

ticking from main fuel pump centre of the engine bay this can be click click or a constant ticking that goes on for a while [suspect why the car will not start without easy start] as it could be broken or lasy /thoughs please

i have to use eay start all the time to get her to go

Now you know why insurance companies declare a total loss when cars get flooded. Water can get into connectors, relays, etc., and cause them to corrode and create all sorts of gremlins. You can get a better idea of what is causing the battery to go flat, by diconneting one of the battery cables and placing an amp meter in series between the battery terminal and the battery cable. With the key off and all lights and acessiries off, the current should be less than one amp. If it is more than that, remove a fuse at the time until the meter reading drops. Trace that circuit using a wiring diagram and you should locate what is causing the current draw.
