audi a4 b6 engine mods .. help !

I have a 2003 1.9tdi a4 b6 and it has 105 bhp. I would like to bring this up to close to 200bhp. I am looking for information on things i can do such as :
1. info on bigger turbos
2. intercoolers
3. injectors
4 and then then programming the ecu to make the best of these mods. All help is much appreciated. Thank you ! :) love the forum !! :)
