Audi A4 Ultrasport S-line?
Hi,
I'm looking for a car, and really like the 2005 Ultrasport models.
I found a few of them (in fact looking for a dark gray / black interior one) but one thing that struck me was that they have the Quattro badge on the front.
The one on the Internet which I fell in love with (at wikipedia):
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:2...i-A4-SLine.jpg
Has the S-line badge on the front.
Can somebody let me know if the Ultrasport and S-Line are one and the same? Or what are the differences.
Finally, the engine in the Ultrasport is the 180 HP model, rather than the 170 HP in the base A4, correct? Can this be chipped and what would be the improvements that I could look forward to expect in terms of HP and lb-ft?
Thanks a lot!

Hey that's my car!
j/k, but it looks exactly like mine. Anyway, audiprotein is right about no s-line in the US. The previous owner blacked out the trim on the grill of that car and must have added the S-Line badge to the grill instead of the quattro badge.
The car is easily chipped and the most popular are Giac, APR, and Revo. Visit their websites and they'll give you pricing, and hp/torque gains.

Its the predecessor to the S-Line.. so you can "kinda" call it the S-Line especially since the USP's came with the S-Line badge on the steering wheel.. But they didnt come with that badge on the front grill. Easy to do yourself though
