so last night i was coming back from O'hare to Milwaukee and man is hwy 294w is screwed, pothole on a pothole. and one of those damn potholes blew out 3 of my tires . so to any of you who live in illinois you think i could get the city to reinburst me for the tires, i mean the same damn hole had 7 cars on the side of the hwy while i was waiting for a tow within like 15 feet apart lolz.

94 has been under construction for ever because of that but i guess rhey still blow. Right past Dampster right? Why cant you take it up with the Illinois Dept of Trans?

 

well i havent done my research yet ,im still process. and it was right by gurnee mills and key lime cove. there literally have been 7 or 8 cars off the same pothole,within the 40 min i was sitting there

 

not sure about the hwy, but if this would happen in the city/suburbs... you could file a report, and then MAYBE they will pay u some $$$ back.

Call the state DOT and tell them where it happened, one of my coworkers hit a pot hole on Route 80 in NJ, and they paid for new rims and tires.

 

yea i did , they told me i have to create a police report before i can fill out the damage claim form. and then.. theyll investigate wtf lol
i guess ill c what happens
