Default car running lean?

my car has felt a little off for a while off now it just feels undergodamn powerd lol il give you some of the things iv been experiancing.

occasionally and completly randomly at light or any kind of stop the car jerks as if its not getting enough of something shaking would stop if i rev a just a little.

when i use to accelerate i would be alright not like its new or anything it does have 88k miles on it but now that it has a cel it seems to crap itself just to accelerate only time when it is somewhat normal when i get the turbo to kick (to the point where you here it loudly i got stock exhaust btw)

code is po171 bank 1 - system too lean

anyone ever have this problem before any help is much appreciated.
il also mention i changed the air filter about a week ago before all this started happening. and also i dnt know if this would matter but i know its not normal their almost seems to be sme stupid clicking noise to the left of the engine where the airbox and stuff is and when its doing its random idle shaking the engine is shacking pretty badly only cure is to rev.

So did you have them change the fuel filter? Did it fix the lean code, because if not enough fuel gets to the engine you can indeed get a lean code.

curious to know also if it got rid of the lean code. A lean code came up on my car just the other day. A lite hum noise from the filter area so i suspect i have this problem now.

Yep clogged up fuel filter but here is the thing. Since it took so long to replace the fuel filter I still get the humming noise upon start up after the humming stops it sounds normal. Then about 10 minutes after the initial start of the car you can hear the pump kick in again the pump is bad and needs to be replaced. Sorry for the late reply but I know that some other people might see this thread and want an answer.
