Hi, i have an issue with my central locking. When i leave the car and try to lock it with the key fob you can hear the central locking clicking in the boot (sounding like its locking all the doors) but the little red alarm light on the drivers side door doesn't come on and the door doesnt lock.

It only seems to lock when i open the door again and close it and lock it on the key fob again however the little red alarm light then comes on second time round and its fine.

Any ideas what the problem could be?

It sounds like it locks first time but it doesn't, you can hear a click in the boot, (light doesnt come on.)

If i open the door and close it again then try to lock it, it locks and the (light comes on), seems very strange its a right a pain.

 

Have you checked all your fuses? I don't know I'm just guessing, maybe a fuse not in place or a light out.
