As in the title, I bought a 2003 A4 1.8 Quattro a few months back. Loved the way it drived and everything was okay on it. A few weeks ago it started heating up badly, and we found that it was a failure in the j plug. Got it replaced, it ran okay for about a day before it started overheating again. We believe that the head gasket has been blown! Can anyone give me a cost estimation, or know of a decent mechanic in San Antonio, TX that won't completely destroy my bank account?
