Default GIAC chip issues..

So i recently bought an 02 a4. it has an AWE catback, 380cc injectors, carbonio intake, r1 diverter valves, and some visual mods. it also has a GIAC stage 1 (or whatever their 1 up from stock file is) flash and the injectors were added after. It runs pretty decent, but it only spikes to about 14-16 psi, and then tapers off rather quickly. also, it seems to take a little while longer than i would expect to build boost. I had a b5 a4 that i did the diode mod to and it seemed to feel a lot stronger at 15 psi than my b6 does. I've done the PVC pipe boost leak test and i couldn't find anything. Does this sound normal? i'm going saturday morning to get the GIAC big injector file, and i was told by the shop i should be seeing more psi. I am probably going to do some vag-com logs friday with my friend but i really have no idea how vag-com works or what i would even log... any help you guys..?

and just because i love her, here is a picture of my new mistress.

got to log some block 114 and 115, and it appears it's only requesting 12 psi? sometimes it gives the requested value and sometimes it doesn't... i can't figure it out. also, it said i had multiple random misfires on cylinders 3 and 4 and i got code p0300 and p0304 . maybe i'm in a soft limp mode..? does anybody have any ideas? my schedule to get the big injector file got moved to this tuesday afternoon but i figure i'll try and regap the spark plugs to be sure they're correct, and if that doesn't work maybe i'll swap coil packs? it won't let me attach the log because it's too large. It's my first time logging anything like this so i really don't know much about what it's saying...
