theres a grinding/clicking noise coming from somewhere around the front right tire or front of car.....i had my buddies dad whos a mechanic take a look at it and i took him for a ride in it and he thinks it is a broken front motor mount because every time in first gear if i accelerate quickly it makes this noise so i was wondering if anyone had the same problem or knows if that what it could be because the dealer said that they cant get the car to make that sound so they dont think that anything is wrong with it so hopefully someone on here knows because it is very very annoying!!!

i have a 04 1.8t quattro with the same problem. it has a clicking sound under the car everytime when in first gear but when i shift to 2nd gear the sound is gone. what could be the problem??
