You may have problems getting the 2.7 in the bay with that divider in place. (You know the wall between the engine and the battery, ecu, etc.) Also you would want to consider what adding that much weight up front will do to your car. Def think about suspension work if you actually plan to do this. Price will depend on where you get the engine..

there are national engine remanufacturers, but i've never used any of them and wouldn't be able to recommend a particular one. i would try and work as close to home as possible; maybe check out some auto recyclers. you may have to get the engine in pieces. finding a block in working condition would be a good place to start..
