I have an 04 a4 I replaced the H7 pass. light and went to try it out now niether driver or pass. headlights work.
So I went out bought 2 new lights replaced both and still niether work. However the high beams work. I also get a right dipped headlight on the center mess. display.
The right driving light is also out but the left is 0k.

Is there an alternate fuse box because the one on the drivers side didn't have any blown fuses. The owners manual said locatio0n 19, 20 are headlight fuses but there was nothing in those slots.

The high beams work with the stalk in both directions.

Any help would be appreciated.

well my friend it sounds like u might be in a world of trouble. I h ave never had this happen to me before but i researched a little bit and maybe found whats wrong How long had ur headlight been out first cuase i read that if ur headlight was out for a while and condensation were to enter the bulb it could cuase the filament to short out ur entire healight system without throwing a fuse. U might want to check all ur wires and see if there hasnt been any melting occuring make sure all ur plugs are pluged up nice and tight. here is a diy to what might be wrong but its for an older model audi. I thought it would be an aux. fuse box that I didn't see. BTW your car looks great!!!!

 

I have an 02 Audi A4 and my headlight keeps busting every 6-months or so since I bought it 2yrs ago. The manual says that fuses are in slot 20 and 21 but same situation with what FTLL mentioned above, they are empty slots. Does anyone knows the location of fuses for headlights?
