Default headlight help 2006 a4

new owner... 2006 a4 cabriolet, 1.8T, FWD.

at night, left side of road ahead of me is totally dark 25 past the front of the car. the right side of the road illuminated much more. there is a crisp line between illuminated and dark.

light pattern in from of me looks like this (top view)...

/ /
dark//
-------/ /
\ /
\light /
\/
--------
front
of car

there are no headlight warnings indicators, headlights appearbalanced when looking at them from outside the car. high beams illuminate evenly.

any thoughts?

My new 2005 does that too. It only levels the beams when the car is on a level grade, if not it wont re level. Try parking your car in an empty parking lot and turning on the headlights, they should move up then down and reset so you don't blind oncoming traffic.
