Help removing passenger side axle flange on 02 1.8T Tip
 

I am in the middle of replacing my control arms and noticed that the passenger side axle flange seal is leaking. I have the axle out and the flange unbolted, but the flange itself does seem to want to come out. It moves in and out by about 1/4 inch. I saw a post somewhere else online about needing to use a special puller (I think T10037). Has anyone else done this with or without the puller? Any advice on best way to remove it? Below is a picture of it.
