how much horsepower can I expect from just adding a front mounted intercooler, let's say on a stock 1.8 and how much of a difference on APR stage 1+. Also will it fit in a stock front bumper cover?

I don't think it'll add HP - per se. It'll only allow you to 'recoup' lost HP. Instead of heatsoaking and losing power after 2 or 3 hard runs, you'll still have power, like you did with the first run.

I also think you'll actually lose 1 or 2 psi. But that'll be made up for with the cooler air.
