Default Do I have the right parts?

Ok Ive got some mx issues with my 03 a4 q1.8t....

leaking valve cover gasket (drips onto cat converter and smells but VERY small leak rate)

check engine light came on for a bad catalytic converter.

Forget the dealer but my indy shop totaled everything up and it looks like all in all it will cost about $1700 parts labor tax out the door etc.

I got to looking online and found a website that appears to have the parts for about half what the shop wants. I am just looking to get some feedback as to if I have everything needed and it is the right stuff.

O2 Sensors, this is my main question, no idea which one how many wires etc need to be swapped out when doing the catalytic converter.

Audi A4 Quattro Victor Reinz Valve Cover Gasket - 1997-2005 Audi A4 Quattro - Victor Reinz W0133-1628802

Total including shipping is $530.00....can anyone tell me if these are the right parts needed at least the big expensive ones needed to get everything done???

instead of replacing the entire cat i would replace the 02 sensor first. I think its the front one that needs changing. That might get rid of the code. If u run cheap gas in the car is will burn the 02 sensor and tahts y u get that code. as for the valve cover gasket if ur good with tools :: a4mods.com :: - The Premiere Audi A4 Modification Guide and Pictures Library
