93 is pretty rare here in MN as well (I've only seen it in 1 or 2 places in the twin cities), but I can consistently get 92 if I want. Generally speaking, as long as it's 91 or better, I don't worry about it. The difference between 91 and 92 can't be much, especially in a car that specifies 91.

I've been using 91 for a couple of tanks now and i've just come to the conclusion that it's just a guzzler. I get like 280 a tank which is about 18-19 mpg. Not much i can do, oh well.

You could always replace the spark plugs and fuel filter if they've never been changed. Also checking the condition of the air filter would be a good idea, too.

How about the tire pressure? Do you have them set too low? I usually run my tires at 35 psi.

Do I need to take it in to get that stuff checked? Or can I do it myself?
