Default Low power on A4 b6 1.8t

Hello I have a A4 b6 1.8t and I'm having problems with getting up to speed at a dead stop, I'm not sure if that's just how these cars are or what but I have cleaned mass air flow sensor, cleaned throttle body, new air filter, checked cat (not plugged), I'm just not sure what else to do with this snail of a car, please help

These cars are not normally slugs, so it might be the turbo. A non-working turbocharger leaves a heavy car like the A4 feeling very underpowered. Our Passat wagon, with similar weight to the A4 and same engine as yours, was night and day different after replacing the turbo. We bought the new turbo off Ebay for something like $110 last year, and so-far, it's working fine. It is a fairly involved job though, and took several hours.
