Default Name this broken vacuum hose, part number?

I own a 2002 Audi A4, 1.8T Quattro in Anchorage, Alaska. My check-engine light came on the other day and after a quick inspection under the hood I found that this vacuum hose (?) was broken and thus leaking, see pictures attached. I bet that’s the cause of the light.

Does somebody know the Audi part# for this item and where to buy it? Can I install the new one myself using one of those sleeves you tie down with a screwdriver? The original is installed using some sort of fancy crimp sleeve.

Will the check-engine light reset itself or do I have to go into my vehicle’s computer with my VAG tool?

All your advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks.

It the pipe that run from the DV to the inlet manifold its where most people T off to run a boost gauge just pick up some silicone hose and run it back to the DV.

What's the DV? What size silicone hose would you recommend?

DV is your diverter valve located in between the cooling fan and the engine, closer to the airbox. Don't know the hose size off the top of my head.

I do not see this hose running towards the direction of the airbox, but rather to the right-side of the inlet manifold (underneath it).
