Hey guys my car started acting up yesterday. Its been running great but all of a sudden i go to turn it on and nothing happens. I turn the ignition again and it hesitates but it starts. My clock and date all erase as if i would have disconnected the battery. It runs great with no warning signs or CEL. But it does this all over again if i leave the car off for about an hour and restart it. could this mean that i just need to replace my battery or is there something else wrong.

 

Sounds like you need a new battery to me.
