Performance shop near Philadelphia / Bucks County
I'm looking to MAYBE do the APR Stage 1+ when the car runs out of warranty this summer. Any users on here around the Philly area that can recomend a shop to do the flash?
Thanks in advance.

You should consider going GIAC vs. APR, becuase AWE (Which is in Willow Grove) is an authorized dealer and can flash your car in about an hour or so.I've had my GIAC +1 in for about 2yrs w/ no problems and know a bunch others with 5+ yrs now with no issues.

Sure, I'm not partial to APR. I would rather have a local shop to consult with if there's issues anyway. Are you from the Bucks area and have you had your car there?
Thanks for the info!

I'm from Newark, DE, but I've traveled up there a couple of times for a few odds and ends (GIAC Flash, injectors, exhaust, itg filter, baileys diverter valve, etc.). There service is pretty good though expensive now ($100 per hr) due to the economy, but your prolly only gonna need to visit for the installs/flashing the ecuand you can go to other shops if something were to ever happen to the mods if your not tech savy. Overall, I would prolly not worry about anything software related happening, because people rarely have an issue with the GIAC programming.
Good Luck!!

If I were in that area, I'd look at AWE also. When you're doing a stage 1 or 1+, you aren't going to find too much difference from one brand to another as far as final numbers are concerned. Which makes it an easy decision. go with someone who is reputable and close. AWE satisfies that.
When you get bored of 1+, as I did, and want to move in to bigger turbos, then you may have to shop around a little more, as AWE's GT28RS kit, while reliable and well built, doesn't put out the same types of numbers as the REVO and APR kits do.
