Problem with corner light being too dim

The turn signal bulb on my drivers side headlight is too dim when compared to the other side. I have already replaced the bulb so I know that is not the issue. When I changed the bulb, I noticed the three tabs with wires coming from them. One of the tabs looked worn (a copper color is where it should be silver). Would this be causing that light to be dim? All of the other lights on the drivers side match up with the other side. Also, when i use the turn signal or lock the car, both sides are the same brightness. It only happens when the lights are on. I would appreciate any help or let me know if any of the above is confusing.

Copper color indicates possible oxidation/corrosion of the connector, where there should be only silver colored stuff. If it's on the connector, I'd recommend taking the time to use a needle, or something else that can get in that space, to get crackin' on the corrosion.
Scrape it off, and see if that fixes the problem.

Lemme know if the problem persists, as this is possibly the easiest solution.
