I was rear-ended today, and originally after looking over the damage we decided it wasn't worth exchanging insurance information (stupid I know). My rear bumper got a little scuffed up (just on the plastic part), it's barely noticeable, but it's just enough to irk me knowing it's there. If I decided to replace it, how much would it run me, and is this something I can do myself?
